  4. These are some quick and dirty instructions on what you need to
  5. do to get LOB up and running.
  6. To see a list of line commands that you can use with LOB type LOB
  7. ? or LOB HELP.

  10. INSTALLATION:

  13. The first step in installing LOB, is to copy all LOB files into
  14. it's own directory.  Edit the configuration file, (LOB.CFG) with
  15. your boards information.
  16.  
  17. LOB supports DOOR.SYS (GAP) or CHAIN.TXT (WWIV) door file
  18. formats.  All that is really required is for you to enter the
  19. lines in the batch file to have DOORWAY run LOB.EXE.

  31. MAINTENANCE:

  33. LOB does its' own maintenance by creating a new map on the 1st,
  34. and 15th of every month...

  36. The chat mode is accessed by pressing CTRL-C.

  39. REGISTRATION:

  42. LOB is crippled in two ways until it is registered, one being
  43. that you can not use the user editor, and the other is a 30
  44. second pause before playing the game.  The move limitation has
  45. been removed.
  46.  
  47. Registration is only $20, and all that is required is for you to
  48. tell me your exact full first and last name, and you will be
  49. given a registration number.
